Your First Visit
On your first visit, we ask that you complete the new patient forms online, if possible. Once you have arrived at our clinic, you will be greeted warmly by our front desk staff. Once with Dr. Johnson, he will go over your health history and current injuries. This is followed by a thorough examination of the body to correctly diagnose the issue at hand. After the exam is finished and there is a working diagnosis, Dr. Johnson typically will treat on the first visit if there are no contraindications to treatment. You will then receive a personalized home exercise program recommendation and further care will be recommended, if necessary.
